Am I entitled to a refund or compensation if I am not happy with the quality of the service?

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any items or the service provided by a dry cleaner and wish to seek a refund, proportionate price reduction or any other compensation, you should contact the dry cleaner directly to lodge your complaint and, where appropriate, follow their own complaint procedures. If you are unable to contact them, or the dry cleaner refuses to deal with your complaint, you can contact our Customer Care Team.  One of our Customer Care Advisers will attempt to contact the dry-cleaner and request compensation/ on your behalf.

Are you allergic to certain types of detergent?

This is not an issue – just make a note on your order.  The contact number of the dry cleaners is available on their profile so you are also welcome to call them to ensure this particular detergent is not used.

Can I change or cancel my Order?

Please contact the dry cleaner directly to make any amendments to your order. If payment has already been authorised the manager will make the decision on whether it can be refunded.

Can my order be refused by the service provider?

Upon receipt of your order, we will begin processing it by sending it to your chosen dry cleaner and will notify you by email that your order has been received.  The confirmation page that will appear on the website once the order has been placed simply confirms that we have received the order but it doesn’t necessarily mean that the order has been accepted by the dry cleaner.  We encourage all our dry cleaners to accept all orders and to communicate any reason for refusal promptly.

Can the dry cleaners deliver to a different address to the one requested for pick up?

Yes, as long as the address is within the dry cleaners specified areas.

Do you accept cash?

We or our Shops cannot accept cash payments, as all payments have to be processed by card before the delivery takes place.

How do I place an order?

1.)    Enter your postcode into the box below ‘postcode search’. Press enter
2.)    Select a dry cleaner from the list
3.)    Click checkout
5.)    If you haven’t already registered please enter your details in the boxes provided.  If you are you will simply need to login to your account to access your saved information
6.)    When registering you will be required to provide a mobile number
7.)    A code will be sent via text to activate your account
8.)    Select the day/time from the options given on the list
9.)    Enter/select the pickup address
10.)   Enter your Card details
11.)   Click confirm to complete the order
12.)  After picking up your Cloths or Stuff we will send you a detailed Receipt and take money from your Card

How long does it take for Delivery?

Delivery time may vary on from actual shop owners, we do immediately placed your orders to shops.To know exactly how long will it take, please ask your cleaner.We have rnprovided the Phone number from your choosen cleaner in the order rnconfirmation email.

How long does the dry cleaning or laundry process take?

This is dependent on the service you have requested, the condition of the garment(s) and the fabric of the item(s). For a specific time frame please contact the dry cleaner directly to arrange delivery.

How much does the service cost?

The prices for all the services are set by the dry cleaning/laundry service providers.

If you are unable to contact the them, or the Dry-cleaner or similar company refuses to deal with your complaint, you canrncontact our Customer Care Team as described above within 48 hours of placingrnyour Order and one of our Customer Care Advisers will attempt to contact thernDry-cleaner or similar company in order to request compensation on your behalf. Please note that we have no control over Dry-cleaners or similar company and thernquality of the Products or service that they provide, and we are not able tornprovide, and have no responsibility or liability for providing, anyrncompensation to you on behalf of any Dry-cleaner or similar company.

Is there a minimum amount for an order?

Yes.  This will be set by the dry cleaner and noted on the price list.

Is there any charge for delivery?

Usually the delivery costs will be included in the item price given.  If there is a separate delivery charge it will specified on your order.

Shall I separate laundry and dry cleaning items?

Yes please. Place any items in separate bag as per the service required (one for dry-cleaning another for laundry or ironing etc).

What are the prices? Can I compare prices?

We are not defining any prices. Prices are defined by the Service provider themseles. But you can compare prices if there are more then one service provider listed under your post code area.

What areas are dry cleaning/laundry services available?

Our service is available across the UK.  Please insert your post code into the search box and check if there are dry Cleaners/laundry services in your area that are registered on ELaundry.

What do I do if I have any questions regarding my order?

What happens after I place my order?

After you have placed an order rnsuccessfully, the dry cleaner will contact you during their opening rnhours to confirm the order and arrange pickup.  If you do not receive a rncall please contact the dry cleaners directly to confirm your order.  Atrn an agreed date and time the dry cleaner will pick-up your items and rninform you of the date and time of delivering them back. After receivingrn your items back please write a review and rate the dry cleaner you rnchose at www.elaundry.uk

What Payment methods are available?

At thr time of ordering we will ask you to provide us your Bank card details. No money will be taken from your card untill your ordered stuff has been collected.
After collecting your ordered stuff we will send you a detailed Receipt to your email and take money from your card.

Payment will be processed prior to your delivery after you have received your invoice by email.

Please note, you will receive the invoice within 3 working hours of collection.

What should I do if I accidently missed a delivery/collection?

Please contact the dry cleaner directly via the contact details on your confirmation email.  A new time/date can then be arranged.  Please be aware there may be a further charge if the collection/delivery has been missed.  This would be applied at the manager’s discretion. 

Who is ELaundry and what services do we offer?

We provide an online platform between customers and dry cleaning/ laundry service providers. We are not providing an actual dry cleaning/laundry service.  You simply type in your postcode and a list of dry cleaners/laundry service providers in your area will be listed.
